We formed a specialist mobile team in providing a unique mobile service. This mobile team has produced outstanding results and is environmentally friendly. Our mobile team can repair and refinish both the interior and the exterior of trains, trams, and other vehicles at depot level or in sidings. This means less downtime and less energy spent moving heavy damaged components.
Spray Painting
As the word says itself, painting is a real work of art. We have our well experienced spray painters who can create miracles when it’s a question of painting. From the smallest scratches to full panel painting. For each job, we always use genuine paint materials and products approved by the manufactures.
Bead Blasting
Bead blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by applying fine glass beads at a high pressure without damaging the surface. It is used to clean calcium deposits from pool tiles or any other surfaces, remove embedded fungus, and brighten grout color. AT Colourways we use this process to auto body and train parts to remove paint.
FRP Panel Repairs
FRP panels are widely used in vehicle and train carriages. Operational and environmental conditions take a toll on FRP panels over time. At Colourways we specialize the repair process of these panels. We use the correct resin type. Our best technicians specialize in working with FRP composites. This includes correct fiber layup and wet-out with resin, rolling out air pockets in a laminate liner, properly sizing patches, and mixing and applying the right resin and catalyst for the application.
Pre-Delivery Rectification
Colourways specializes in Pre-Delivery rectifications on paint damages such as scratches, stone chips, cracks, minor or major damages, storage, or transport damages. We use OEM materials and approved processes to fulfill manufactures standards.
